Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED FROM COSMETICOSONLINE.PT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE THREE EASY STEPS BELOW:

I. You should contact with us and inform of the return of the product.

Write to shop@cosmeticosonline.pt and:

- mention the order number or invoice, which products you wish to return (and if you wish – point out the reasons for that same return);

- inform us, if you wish to replace your order with another identical product or the refund of the amount paid.

II. Wait for a contact from CosmeticosOnline before returning the product.

III. Place the product in its original packaging, without having been used (in perfect conditions and with any possible manuals, etc...) and send it to:

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

VERY IMPORTANT:

The value of the transportation will be reimbursed in cases where the order submitted is incorrect or if the product is flawed.

In other cases, we will refund the full value of the article, with the exception of shipping value.

We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method.
